Leonard Heise

Leonard W. Heise, age 62, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 31st, 2025. He was known for his work ethic, sense of humor, big heart, and love for fishing. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and White Sox. He was a long time employee of Fox Home Center. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, corny jokes, and cherished memories. He is survived by his children Lenny (Maddy) Heise and Beth Heise, their mother Helen Heise, grandchildren Lila and Bodie, sisters Sharon (Mike Steen) Heise and Tammi (Steve) Arnold, nephew Zac (Kayla) Arnold, niece Breanna Arnold, and dear friend Mary Turnbull. He is preceded in death by his parents, Betty Heise and Leonard C. Heise. In honoring their loved one’s wishes, the family will not hold a public service. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8th, from 4pm-7pm at Beggars Pizza 15600 Cicero Ave, Oak Forest, IL 60452.
