Mark Charles Cameron

Mark passed away at home peacefully at age 69. Mark was a life long resident of Oak Forest. He was known for his love of music and sports. Mark’s life was filled with many humorous adventures with family and friends and he was great at telling these stories!

Mark spent many years coaching women’s 16” softball (The Silver Streaks), men’s 16” softball (The Junk Yard Dogs), men’s basketball (The Rim Rammers), and boys basketball (The Pythons & S.A.K.). He had over 60 championships.

Mark was the beloved Son of the late Arlene Ramsey, and Chester and Margaret Cameron. He is survived by and was a loving Brother to Eileen Carrero (Mike). He was a treasured Uncle (infamously Uncle Buck) to Michael Carrero (Meg), Ryan Carrero (Mercedes), Rachael McFarland (Brad), and great Uncle to Willa & Blair Carrero.

Mark was also known for his big personality and his kind ways and will truly be missed by all that loved him
