Tracy, born July 4th, 1976, passed away June 21st after a four year battle with cancer at Olympia Fields Hospital. Tracy leaves behind many that loved her. Her children Erin and Jeremy; her sister Andrea(Robert) and her brother Christopher(Mary); her mother Susan; her grandmother Katherine; her nieces and nephew Emma, Olivia, Bobby and Eleanor; and her grand-dog Bella. She was preceded in death by her father Michael A. Perry(MAP)

In her youth, you could find her on the softball field, the basketball court, and courtside keeping score for her male basketball counterparts. She was a powerhouse and a force to be reckoned with as a player and as a teammate. When she hung up her jersey, she continued that larger than life energy into the medical field on an ambulance as a paramedic. Over the years she continued working for private ambulance companies, St. James Chicago Heights in the ER, CSL Plasma, and her final love, the Advocate Pediatric Transport Team as a lead badass dispatcher. She never missed the chance to learn something new, or share her knowledge of the medical field to help better the knowledge of coworkers, family members, or unsuspecting partners. We all enjoyed it.

She will forever live on as the fun, silly, ridiculous, Disney loving, Neal McDonough loving, romaine lettuce loving, Yorkie’s loving, Dunkin loving, caring, loving soul everyone lucky enough to know her got to experience.
